**Overview**

Are you an experienced Inside Sales professional with a knack for raising capital and fostering fruitful relationships? AIP Asset Management is seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Representative for an award winning Hedge Fund.

It’s an exciting role for someone who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Financial Advisors and other internal partners to sell and promote financial products and services. This position requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong product knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry. We want someone who can help to spearhead the capital-raising efforts for an exciting new growth opportunity called “Access Pre-IPO - Ticker symbol “XIPO” in addition to contributing to the continued success of our award-winning AIP Convertible Private Debt Fund (LP/Trust versions).

**Position Overview**: An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing sales support to financial advisors and clients, helping to grow assets under management for the firm. They use sales skills such as lead generation, networking, and presenting to build relationships with external advisors and clients. AIP offers a competitive compensation package along with access to a benefit Plan.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Promote and sell the AIP products to Financial Advisors and institutions, leveraging your network and industry insights.
- Provide comprehensive education and training on the features, benefits, and investment philosophy of the fund.
- Work collaboratively with the investment team to identify new growth opportunities and develop targeted strategies for expansion
- Generate sales through cold-calling and other sales activities
- Perform market analysis and develop sales presentations
- Conduct client meetings and seminars

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in the financial industry, particularly in raising capital and working with third-party sales teams and banking syndicates.
- Deep understanding of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- One of following licenses or certifications required by the position: CFP, CFA, AMFI, CIMA, IFIC, CSC, CIM, CPM
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

**Two References required.**

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
