Relevant du Directeur Assurance Qualité, le/la Technicien(ne) Contrôle Qualité est chargé de s'assurer que les opérations de production sont menées conformément aux règles de sécurité alimentaire et sont conformes aux normes de qualité des procédés et des produits.

Responsabilités:

- Effectuer des contrôles visuels pré-opérationnels (écouvillons allergènes et ATP) avant le début de la production
- Effectuer les inspections opérationnelles quotidiennes pour vérifier la conformité des employés aux respect des

Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) et Bonnes Pratiques d’Hygiène (BPH)
- Vérifier les registres complétés par les employés de production
- Vérifier l’étalonnage des équipements de production (thermomètres, balances, détecteurs de métaux)
- Effectuer des contrôles en production (prise de température des produits, vérification des températures des

réfrigérateurs et congélateurs, et vérification du poids des produits finis)
- Vérifier la concentration des produits chimiques de nettoyage
- Effectuer des tests organoleptiques des ingrédients des matières premières et des produits finis
- Vérifier les inventaires des matières premières et des matériaux d’emballage, et puis effectuer la traçabilité
- Rapporter au directeur de l’AQ toute non-conformité en matière de sécurité et de qualité au niveau des matières

premières, les matériaux d’emballage et les produits finis
- Assister à des simulations des rappels
- Participer dans les réunions mensuel HACCP avec la Direction
- Effectuer les échantillonnages pour les analyses microbiologiques des produits (ingrédients matières premières et

produits finis) et des échantillons pour les contrôles environnementaux (eau, l’air) dans l'usine et les envoyer à des

laboratoires externes pour analyse
- Superviser le nettoyage et l’assainissement de l’usine
- Effectuer les évaluations sensorielles et tests de durée de vie des produits finis
- Vérifier et valider les points de contrôle critiques (CCP)
- Former les employés de production sur les bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF) et les procédures de sécurité

alimentaire
- Effectuer des audits internes et participer aux audits de tierce partie (ACIA, GFSI-SQF)
- Être disponible pour aider (la Directrice Assurance Qualité) dans d'autres tâches au besoin.

Compétences & Qualifications:

- Baccalauréat complété en Science Alimentaire ou tout autre baccalauréat équivalent - 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie alimentaire
- Connaissance des normes HACCP, GFSI-SQF, SFCR
- Bilingue (français et anglais) - orale et écrit
- Bon sens de l’observation; sens critique et analytique
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide et en constante évolution;
- Autonome avec un sens de l’initiative;
- Responsable et bon sens de l’organisation
- Bonne capacité de résolution de problèmes
- Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite ainsi que capacité d'écoute;
- Connaissance des logiciels suivants: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint

Reporting to the QA Director, the Quality Control Technician is responsible to ensure that the production operations are conducted in accordance with food safety rules and are compliant with the quality standards for processes and products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct pre-operational visual checks (Allergen and ATP swabs) before the beginning of the production
- Perform the daily operational inspections to verify compliance of employees with Good Manufacturing Practices

(GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP)
- Verify the records completed by production employees
- Check the calibration of production equipment (thermometers, scales, metal detectors)
- Perform production controls (temperature verifications of products, temperature of fridges and freezers, and weight

verification of finished products)
- Verify concentration of cleaning chemicals
- Conduct organoleptic tests of raw materials ingredients and finished products
- Verify the inventories of raw materials and packaging materials, and then perform traceability
- Report to QA Director any food safety and quality non-compliances regarding raw materials, packaging materials,

and finished products
