Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the overall appearance of our facilities. This is an important position that contributes to creating a safe and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and submit requests for replenishment as needed
- Follow proper cleaning procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and others
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Perform minor maintenance tasks as required

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
