Destination Canada est à la recherche d’un ou d’une **spécialiste du marketing, International**, qui viendra intégrer son équipe à Vancouver, laquelle incite les voyageurs à venir explorer le Canada.

Relevant directement de la gestionnaire du Marketing, vous contribuerez à l’élaboration, à la mise en œuvre et à l’évaluation des programmes intégrés de marketing et de vente multicanaux.

Votre excellente capacité à communiquer et votre sens de l’organisation seront mis à profit pour collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles et ainsi assurer le bon déroulement des campagnes et des projets.

**Note **:La personne retenue devra se conformer au modèle de travail hybride de Destination Canada, qui exige que les membres du personnel travaillent deux ou trois jours par semaine au bureau de Vancouver. Le reste de la semaine de travail peut se faire depuis un bureau à domicile.

**FONCTIONS**: Parmi les principales fonctions, citons la planification du marketing auprès des consommateurs, l’aide à la coordination des initiatives de vente et auprès des professionnels des voyages, le soutien aux activités de marketing de contenu en phase avec la stratégie, l’évaluation des retombées des programmes et la production de rapports connexes, la formation et la gestion de nos agences de référence et la supervision de leurs produits livrables ainsi que la coordination de projets d’envergure sous la supervision de la gestionnaire du marketing.

**Exigences du poste**

**ÉTUDES**: Diplôme en marketing, en communication ou en administration des affaires décerné par une université reconnue, ou combinaison acceptable d’études, de formation et d’expérience.

**EXPÉRIENCE**: Les personnes qui postulent doivent démontrer clairement par écrit qu’elles répondent aux critères ci-dessous.
- Au moins cinq ans d’expérience en gestion de projets complexes.
- Au moins trois ans d’expérience dans la mise en œuvre de campagnes visant les consommateurs et/ou les professionnels des voyages.
- Expérience dans l’industrie du tourisme, un atout.
- Expérience du marketing stratégique et des travaux menés avec des agences responsables des médias payants, un atout.
- Expérience de travail avec des marchés étrangers, un atout.

**CONNAISSANCES**:

- Connaissances en gestion et en planification de projets, y compris la gestion financière et administrative.
- Connaissance des pratiques relatives au marketing, aux promotions et à l’achat de médias.
- Compréhension du marketing de contenu et des canaux de communication.
- Connaissance des modèles d’agences pour ce qui est du marketing, de l’image de marque, de la stratégie, de la conception, de l’achat de médias et de la mesure du rendement.
- Connaissance du secteur des professionnels des voyages.
- Connaissance de divers logiciels, notamment ceux de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook) et d’outils de gestion de projets, comme Smartsheet.
- Connaissance des dernières tendances marketing et technologiques, un atout.
- Connaissance de l’industrie du tourisme et des canaux de marketing au Canada et/ou dans les marchés étrangers (Royaume-Uni, France, Allemagne, Australie, Mexique, Corée du Sud, Chine, Japon, États-Unis), un atout.

- Sens de la collaboration et entregent exceptionnels (travail souvent sous pression et occasionnellement avec des collègues dans divers fuseaux horaires).
- Excellente communication orale et écrite.
- Capacité à repérer les risques et à transmettre l’information avec tact aux échelons supérieurs.
- Aptitude à créer et à entretenir de solides partenariats au sein de l’industrie.
- Capacité à gérer de tierces parties.
