**A day in the life of a T1 Scanner**
- Receive and process all client documentation related to the filing of personal tax returns;
- Organize and scan hard copy documents using integrated software;
- Communicate with all levels of staff assigned to personal tax preparation;
- Maintain database information and respond to requests for status of information;
- Assist with the assembly of trust returns (soft copies);
- Basic skills with MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).

**What you bring to the role**:

- College diploma or an equivalent combination of education/experience;
- Service-oriented, logical, organized, flexible, reliable, meticulous;
- Ability to function effectively in team situations both within and across departments;
- Willingness and ability to learn new software programs and processes in a close period of time.
