**Job Description**:
Le directeur adjoint dirige et coordonne les activités de son équipe, en cohérence avec la culture organisationnelle de gestion.

Exerçant un leadership inspirant, le directeur adjoint encadre, coach, mobilise et accompagne les membres de son équipe dans leur développement, en s’assurant de mettre de l’avant les meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion des ressources humaines.

Il met en place les conditions de succès permettant l’atteinte des objectifs sectoriels, en intégrant une lecture autonome et efficiente des indicateurs de performance qui sont mis à sa disposition.

Il collabore avec ses collègues au maintien et à l’établissement des standards de la gestion active des ressources et des processus, en plus de contribuer au déploiement de différents projets sectoriels ou organisationnels.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes- Superviser, coordonner et faciliter le travail des agents sous sa responsabilité.- Anticiper et résoudre les problèmes pouvant survenir de concert avec les ressources concernées afin de maintenir le cap sur les objectifs.- Faciliter, planifier et organiser l’intégration des employés sous sa responsabilité en leur transmettant une vision claire et inspirante des objectifs à rencontrer.- Veiller au développement des compétences des employés sous sa responsabilité; valider les besoins de formation et les guider dans leur cheminement de carrière au sein de l'entreprise.- Planifier et animer des rencontres d’équipe, des scrums et des rencontres individuelles.- Effectuer la gestion des ressources humaines, incluant la gestion de la performance individuelle.- Gérer le changement et la performance des agents en effectuant l’analyse des indicateurs de performance, et ce, tout en maintenant un climat sain et mobilisant.- S'assurer de l'adhésion des employés aux orientations, politiques, outils et pratiques afin de favoriser la constance dans l'action en leur transmettant les valeurs véhiculées par la Société.- Développer et maintenir une collaboration constante auprès des autres directeurs et intervenants de l’entreprise.- Contribuer à différents projets d’affaires sectoriels ou organisationnels.-
- S’assurer de maintenir une qualité du service à la clientèle répondant aux plus hauts standards de l’organisation.- Contrôler et faire la fermeture de la période de paie.

Vos talents et qualifications- Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent. Une autre scolarité jumelée à une expérience jugée pertinente peuvent être considérées comme une équivalence.- Posséder trois (3) ans d’expérience pertinente- Détenir une certification en assurance de dommages de l’AMF- Détenir le titre de PAA (atout)- Anglais de niveau avancé (un atout)
