**Salary**: $37,000- 42,000

Hours: Monday-Friday/Tuesday-Saturday 9-5

Special Requirements: License/Personal Vehicle

**The General Scope**
At MARDA Management, the Listing Coordinator plays a crucial role in our property management company, responsible for effectively managing the marketing and leasing process for rental units. This includes capturing high-quality marketing photos and videos, coordinating property visits and showings with prospective tenants and ensuring seamless communication between various stakeholders. The Listing Coordinator is instrumental in maintaining property listings and facilitating the rental process to attract and secure prospective tenants.

**The Job**
A Listing Agent will be responsible to:
★ Advertise
- Create marketing material for the available homes utilizing photos and video where appropriate
- Maintain all online presence by actively using social media (Facebook/Instagram), Kijiji, Youtube, Showmojo, and the company website to publicize availability
- Update listings daily and creating reports for internal staff and clients
- Answer questions and inquiries in regard to the rentals, and the MARDA rental process
- Promote positive conversations online and respond to all reviews

★ Present
- Be involved in the showing aspect of new/vacant properties:

- Hang a lockbox for contactless showings
- Meet with prospective tenants for personal property tours

★ Report
- Work directly with the leasing team reporting on prospects, feedback, and rentability of properties
- Create conditions reports commenting on cleanliness, damage and overall condition of properties.
- Weekly reports to clients on properties being shown and status of rentals

**The Required Skill Set**
- Be detailed oriented, organized, and have superior written and communications skills
- Be fully computer literate and comfortable with various programs on both MAC/PC such as:

- Google Suite, Microsoft, Canva, Adobe Suite, Picmonkey
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have exceptional problem solving skills
- Have 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Have strong photography and videography skills

**The Shift**
★ This position either will be a Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM or a Tuesday-Saturday 9:00AM - 5:00PM position.
