**About the job**:
gTech’s Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team enables product areas to scale their extended workforce operations while managing risk. The goal is to enable businesses to make informed decisions to put talent in the right locations. The partnership with teams across Google aims to provide an excellent user experience and minimizes administrative burden throughout the Extended Workforce process. We assist with Extended Workforce planning and strategy, and provide tools to support product areas in managing their Extended Workforce (xWF) infrastructure. We strike a balance between optimizing Extended Workforce engagements and making sure, the policies and guidelines are followed.

The Solutions Delivery team makes it easy for Google managers to engage with the contingent workforce, providing training, standards, and guidelines to minimize Google’s risk and offering data and insights on planning and strategy for new and existing engagements. We provide processes, tools and know-how to support through the life-cycle of contingent workforce engagements, so the businesses can make informed decisions to put the right talent in the right locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use data-driven insights to understand issues, trends, and perspectives to transform contingent workforce operations. Identify problems and issues and create projects and processes to solve them.
- Lead critical and high visibility Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to support extended workforce cost optimization and compliance efforts, ensuring areas of concern are either addressed or appropriately escalated.
- Run and improve extended workforce programs to meet business needs in terms of cost, quality, and speed.
- Transform infrastructure, including surfacing requirements, setting timelines, leading sprints and pilots, and managing change.
- Lead process re-developing efforts that improve overall performance and efficiencies. Ensure projects are managed to achieve KPIs, balancing the need to realize impact with ensuring healthy team dynamics.
