As a PARC Dining Room Supervisor, you’re a key member of our Food and Beverage team, responsible for:

- Creating an incredible dining experience for our residents and guests.
- Cultivating a respectful, positive, warm, and professional work environment for staff.
- Overseeing the dining room to make sure we’re delivering the most professional, friendly, caring, and timely service possible - while maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and plating standards.
- Hiring, leading, scheduling, and motivating dining room staff, and providing in-service training where requested.
- Greeting and seating residents, ensuring the smooth flow of diners and guests, plus recording and reporting meal attendance as needed.
- Supporting servers, managing reservations, and filling in at the bar as needed.
- Liaising between the dining room and kitchen teams, sharing resident feedback on meals with the Executive Chef and Food Services Manager.

- You’re a respected leader and customer-service trailblazer who can supervise, coordinate and plan the day-to-day operation of a dining room - including hiring, managing, and motivating staff.
- You’re ready to jump in and supervise a fast-paced team environment, anticipating and managing high-stress situations and competing priorities.
- You have at least three years of experience as a server team leader, or similar role in the hospitality or senior-living industry.
- You’re an outstanding communicator who has top-notch relationship-building skills, with colleagues, suppliers, and the public.
- You have your Food Safe Level 1, WHMIS, and Serving it Right certificates. Knowledge of mixology and wine is an asset, too.
- You understand and respect the needs of seniors, their families, and other professional services engaged with our residents.
