Parts Advisor

Stewart's Equipment is a family-owned, multi-line certified sales and service dealership with four stores located in Erin, Cookstown and Stayner. We serve the south-central Ontario market with a complete product offering for farmers, landscapers, contractors and homeowners.

**As a parts advisor, you will be providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their parts needs.**

**The opportunity includes the following main responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
- Maintain knowledge related to various parts and features of the equipment to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensuring customer parts orders are accurately filled
- Handle customer transaction including quotes, sales transactions, returns and payments
- Checking inventory availability, and giving delivery dates to customers
- Follow all policies and standard operating procedures related to cash, credit, check and refund

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be highly organized and disciplined
- Strong communication and excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Strong computer skills
- Display a sense of urgency when tracking issues
- Ability to work independently and be part of a Team
