Order Entry Clerk

**Position Summary**:
The Order entry clerk is accountable to the Sales Operations Manager - LG and is responsible for entering orders into the computer system. He can also be called upon to assist in the department for all other related tasks.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Receive, analyze and ensure order entry to meet the require date / customer delivery
- Ensure data integrity and price accuracy
- Make some changes to orders
- Provide assistance when needed in administrative tasks relative to customer service
- Support sales department in all other administrative tasks

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Keyboard fingering
- Attention to detail, methodical
- Experience with SAP is an asset
- Ability to work in team
- Ability to provide excellent service internal and external
- Good communicator
- Familiar with MS Office
- Ability to adapt to changes
- Autonomous
- Ability to handle different situations at the same time
- Organized
- Ability to work under pressure
