We’re looking to hire a part-time Head Baker who will be responsible for:

- Preparing and engaging in morning bakes on weekdays and weekends
- Engaging in daily baking and preparation activities as required
- Fulfilling customer and wholesale orders efficiently and effectively
- Assisting customers inquiring about orders either over the phone or in-person
- Assist customers by boxing orders, providing product information, and offering suggestions of products that suit their needs
- Adhere to food safety standards, maintain high levels of cleanliness of work areas
- Take direction from the Bakery Manager as required, and work in a respectful and kind manner with all team members
- **Requirements**:_
- 1 to 2 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen, or a similar role
- G license and consistent access to a reliable vehicle
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Valid food handlers certification is considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills with both the Bakery Manager and Assistant Bakers
- High attention to detail to follow recipes, ensure quality, and ensure a safe working environment.
- Refined customer service skills, demonstrating empathy, passion, and dedication to constructive problem-solving.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
