Lavis provides a wide range of Paving and Construction services for all types of clients, consistently delivering projects efficiently and cost-effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain plant on daily, weekly, and monthly basis performing routine maintenance tasks (i.e. Lubrication, major and minor repairs).
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly equipment inspection/maintenance logs.
- Back Up Asphalt plant operator (will train).
- Operating loader to feed the plant when required.
- Coordinate, communicate and work with the asphalt plant manager, to ensure high quality production of asphalt products.
- Maintain inventory of wearable maintenance components/parts for plant.

**Requirements**:

- Welding and mechanical skills (will train).
- Ability to work at heights when required.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20lb.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Front end Loader experience (824K / 972M or equivalent) is an asset but will train.
- Maintain & operate equipment in a safe manner.
- Basic computer skills.
- Team player with a focus on safety.
- Flexible hours required.
