Superior Greenstone Association for Community Living (SGACL) is a non-profit, social services agency that provides residential and community supports to people with a developmental disability. We are passionate about being a part of the community and we believe everyone has the right to citizenship and to a personally rewarding life.

We are currently seeking compassionate and responsible people to join our team as a **Community Participation Support Services Worker in a temporary, part-time capacity **to provide person-centered support to people. **Key Responsibilities include**:

- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- An attitude that respects the principles of independence, dignity, integration, and equality.
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certification **required before your first day. **SGACL will cover the cost of subsequent recertification.
- Ability to work flexible hours including overnights and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift in order to provide assistance with lifting, transferring and/or pushing wheelchairs, as required.
- A clean criminal background check and vulnerable sector check.
