**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming clients as they enter One Salon Suites
- Assisting clients and providing information on services
- Directing clients to their service provider
- Managing and organizing the reception/waiting area
- Accepting deliveries
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
- Managing minor maintenance issues
- Collaborate with our social media content creator to develop and produce captivating video content, including reels and videos, that aligns with our brand image and resonates with our target audience
- Utilize your expertise in video editing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics to craft compelling narratives and visually stunning content

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to self-motivate
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong sales skills
- Friendly, professional and positive attitude
- Availability to work days, weekends and evenings
- A creative mindset and a passion for storytelling through visual mediums
- Previous experience in creating social media videos, reels, or other visual content is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective video formats, and best practices for optimizing content to maximize reach and engagement
