**Responsibilities**:
**Team Support**:

- Assist the Salon Manager in supervising, training, and motivating salon staff.
- Schedule and coordinate work shifts, breaks, and vacations for salon employees.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and create a warm, friendly, and inviting atmosphere for clients.

**Daily Operations**:

- Assist in managing salon inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
- Oversee salon cleanliness, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, handle phone calls, and manage the salon's online booking system.

**Salon Performance**:

- Collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Analyze salon performance metrics and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in implementing marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Possess a strong understanding of various hair services and salon treatments.
- Stay updated with current hair trends, styles, and techniques.
- Provide guidance and support to stylists, ensuring the highest level of service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a hair salon or similar customer service role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
- Knowledge of haircare products and trends in the beauty industry.
- Leadership abilities, with the capacity to delegate tasks and handle conflicts.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- A cosmetology license or certification would be an asset.
