**What you will be doing**:
- Invoice vendors for various programs and prepare backup documentation to be sent to vendors to support the billed amounts.
- Manage collection of receivables from the various partners on timely basis.
- Prepare various reports for Merchandising and Pharmacy groups to provide financial insight of billed amounts and how they are tracking against budgeted amounts.
- Prepare all general ledger reconciliations related to billing and ensure they are prepared accurately.
- Respond to vendor and category management staff inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and enter journal entries.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd.
**How you will succeed**:
- University degree in Accounting or Business related discipline.
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups etc.)
- 2 to 3 years previous accounting experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
