- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est actuellement à la recherche d’assistants(es)-chef techniciens(nes) en diététique pour combler trois (3) emplois, sur la liste de rappel du Centre d’hébergement Nazaire-Piché, situé à Lachine, du Centre d'hébergement de LaSalle ainsi que le Centre d'hébergement Foyer Dorval.
- À titre d’assistant(e)-chef technicien(ne) en diététique au sein du service alimentaire, vous serez appelé(e) à assurer la gestion quotidienne des opérations du secteur de la production et de la distribution des repas (chaîne de montage des plateaux, livraison des chariots sur les unités, cafétérias, etc.). Entre autres, vous veillerez à ce que les employés(es), préposés(es) au service alimentaire et cuisiniers (ères) appliquent avec rigueur les normes d’exécution du travail (standardisation, portionnement, etc.) ainsi que les bonnes pratiques d’hygiène et de salubrité. Vous contrôlerez la qualité et la conformité des denrées servies et participerez aux activités d’approvisionnement et de contrôle des stocks. Vos fonctions vous amèneront à résoudre des problèmes de toutes sortes (techniques, matériels, humains, etc.), en collaboration avec le chef de service et le secteur de la nutrition clinique.

- Requirements :- Détient un diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) ou un baccalauréat en nutrition, ou un diplôme jugé équivalent par les autorités compétentes*;
- Est apte à établir une relation thérapeutique avec une clientèle francophone et anglophone;
- Démontre la capacité à travailler au sein d’une équipe interdisciplinaire;
- A de l’expérience en gestion d’équipe, un atout;
