OptiMind Education is an education service provider of top-quality education programs to help students develop critical skills for academic and personal growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with students and follow the Math and Science curriculum to teach SK and primary age students;
- Document the classroom plan and update with the program director;
- Be creative and manage the diversity of skill levels in the same class;
- Guide students with different skill levels to improve through the curriculum;
- Lead assistants and volunteers and mentor them to help in the classroom;
- Lead students to organize the classroom in an orderly way;
- Be able to interact effectively with young students.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experienced in working in classroom environment, with kindergarten and primary students on STEAM topics.
- OCT certification or working toward OCT is preferred but not required

**How to Apply**

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 37.5 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
