**Nature et envergure du poste**:
Rapportant directement au(à la) gérant(e) du magasin, le(la) détenteur(trice) des clés appuie le
personnel de gestion du magasin en s'assurant une expérience de magasinage positive sur le plancher de vente ainsi que la rentabilité des ventes.

Responsabilités
principales:

- Créer et diriger une atmosphère sur le plancher de vente qui priorise la fidélisation de la
clientèle
- Coacher les membres du personnel sur les pratiques pour offrir une expérience incroyable à notre clientèle et fournir la rétroaction positive
- Créer un modèle de communication ouverte sur le plancher de vente
- Rester à l'affût de nos derniers produits et services
- Promouvoir un environnement sûr, positif et enrichissant
- S'assurer que le magasin est attirant au niveau visuel en tout temps
- Aider le personnel de gestion dans le soutien et la mise en place des nouvelles initiatives de la compagnie

**Aptitudes interpersonnelles démontrées**
- Excellentes aptitudes à la présentation dans le marché de détail
- Capacité de motiver le personnel par le biais du coaching et du leadership
- Capacité de mener les membres du personnel vers leurs objectifs en ventes

**Qualifications et expérience requises**
- 1+ ans d'expérience comme superviseur(e), préférablement dans le marché de détail de vêtements mode
- Excellentes aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle

**Nature & Scope**:
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Keyholder is to support the leadership team with the operations of the store by ensuring consistent positive customer experiences is delivered on
the sales floor to profitably grow top-line sales.

**Key accountabilities and responsibilities include the following**
- Creates and leads atmosphere on the sales floor that builds customer realization, retention and loyalty.
- Coach associates on customer service fundamentals and provide positive feedback.
- Creates an open outward communication on the sales floor.
- Keeps current on our products and service updates.
- Promotes a positive, safe and rewarding environment.
- Ensures the store is visually appealing at all times.
- Assists the leadership team in supporting, leading, and implementing new company initiatives.

**Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills**:

- Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment
- Ability to motivate team through coaching & leadership.
- Ability to lead the sales teams to achieve sales quota.

**Qualifications and Experience Required**:

- 1+ years related supervisory experience preferably in retail apparel.
- Excellent customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quebec City, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
