Role: Project Manager Business Applications (**Oracle CC&B**)
Location: Regina, SK **(Full time On-site)**
Hourly Rate: Negotiable (depending on fit for job)
Work Hours: 8 hrs/day

**Must work and be located Full Time on-site at Regina, SK (Monday to Friday 8am to 5 pm CST)**

**Requirement Specifications**:

- Must have a minum 10 years of recent (last 15 years) professional experience in management of Information Technology projects related to Oracle CC&B. **Provide two examples, including a brief description of each project, to support this experience.**:

- Resource must be **Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified** (Provide Copy).
- Must work and be located **Full Time on-site** at Regina, SK (Monday to Friday 8am to 5 pm CST)

**Your experience includes**:

- Natural Gas transmission & distribution / Utility experience.
- Proven experience successfully delivering implementations in the role of a project manager. (Provide at least one example.)
- Excellent written, oral and listening communication skills with audiences varying from end users to C-Level management. (Provide an example on how you communicated with C-Level management.)
- Years of experience in the project management of information technology Projects
- Proven experience successfully delivering work management, assett management and customer service solutions in the role of a project manager.
- Proven experience successfully implementing Complex Integrated Solutions in the role of a project manager. (Provide an example and brief description of an integration project that you managed successfully)
- Proven experience successfully Implementing ERP based Solutions in the role of a project manager
- PMBoK and RUP methodologies or the use of other delivery methodologies such as Agile.
- Proven Leadership Skills / Leadership Roles in Career. (Explain what specific leadership roles have you had during your project manager career.)
- Experience in Microsoft Project Server or SharePoint
- Group Facilitiation experience
- Proven experience as a strong problem solver and in making decisions and recommendations
- Proven ability to exercise independent judgment. (Give an example where you applied this.)
- North American Job Experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members

North American job experience and Engineering industry working experience are considered an asset for this job. Proponents are encouraged to provide specific and qualitative verbiage of other areas where their expertise can add value to our teams, and make our projects as successful as possible. We are looking for a well-rounded developer to fill this role.
