Our team is growing Shay Tirecraft is looking to add another full-time Service Adviser in our brand-new showroom. As the front-line customer relations and service representative, you are responsible for driving sales and advising customers on products and services, while maintaining professional standards and image.

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Warmly greet every guest
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
- Create accurate quotes for products and services
- Input billing and inventory information into the computer system in a timely manner
- Source and order parts needed to fulfill customer requirements
- Transact sales, collect payment, and print receipts/invoices
- Assist with office management

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Able to work full-time hours including some Saturdays during the spring and fall busy seasons
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive knowledge required
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Highly organized, high time-management skills
- Able to work in a team environment, as well as able to work independently
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to start, control, and maintain a complete process or procedure, while keeping safety and compliance at the forefront
- Must have superior customer service skills
- Strong skills with computers required

Hours, Pay, and Benefits

This is a permanent, full-time position, approximately 40-50 hours per week. Daytime shifts, no nights. Saturday mornings and extended hours required during busy season in the spring and fall.
