Sales Associate

Provide information to customers on sales, rental and prices of instruments, music books and accessories.
- Provide services to customers on instrumental repairs, tuning and cleaning.
- Provide services for all online sales.
- Encourage the sales at every opportunity.
- Interact with customers on a daily basis.
- Promptly respond to all inquiries in courteous and efficient manners.
- Clearly respond to client questions in person as well as over the phone regarding products features, prices and availability.
- Communicate thoroughly with customers in regards to purchases and special orders.
- Accurately stock and price the products.
- Maintain and organize all online stores, including sales, shipping and cost control.
- Process all personal purchases.
- Operate cash register.
- Maintain the products in good selling condition, restock empty shelf, clean and organize display products.
- Process returns of books, instruments and accessories.
- Keep a well-organized work place and working habit, file all necessary documents.
- Be a team worker.
- Maintain the tidiness of the studios, washrooms, hallway and open areas. Persons who work at evening shift will be responsible for collecting garbage. Persons who work at day shift will be responsible for picking up dirt, clean up books and magazines in the waiting areas.
- Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Work at the counter, with access to computer and phone.
- Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends.
- Working hours are decided by mutual agreement.
- Staffs should not take days off during the busiest time of a year - April, May, June, September and December.
