Control Centre Operator

We are a rapidly growing parking management company, looking for an individual to be a contributing member of our team in Toronto.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring company policies and procedures are followed and the day-to-day operations run smoothly. Flexible work hours, great for university/college students, that include daytime/evening/weekend shifts.

**Job Summary**

Answer calls on a multi-phone line system in order to assist customers while operating a multi-interface software in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate

Part-time & full-time position available

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Answer multiple intercoms and phone lines in order to assist with customer inquiries
- Operating a proprietary, multi-interfaced software in order to control parking hardware
- Data entry
- Identify and evaluate discrepancies in information
- Maintain updated records of incidents in appropriate reports

**Qualifications and Skills Experience**:

- Background in customer service or call centers is a requirement

**Requirements**:

- Must be tech savvy
- Critical thinking skills
- Adaptability to a constantly growing and changing environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Fluent in English - French is an asset, but not required
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location

Expected start date: 2023-01-09
