Position Summary
The Project Administrator Student, is the primary point-person responsible for processing rebar work orders in accordance with customer’s requests.

Position Functions

Receive Order Requests from customers and Project Managers

Download files from Detailer’s websites and network locations

Open files and generate aSa compatible production files

Import production files into aSa software

Create Work Orders in accordance with customer and Project Manager’s requests

Transmit the Work Orders to the Central Scheduling Department

The above functions to be prepared on multiple projects

Produce monthly project status reports for review

Preferred Qualifications

Enrolled in Post-Secondary education in office administration, quality / technical or an acceptable combination of education and experience

Minimum 1-3 years working in an office environment

Experience on a job site, at a subcontractor or general contractor considered an asset

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Experience with ordering supplies and keeping inventory
