**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform precise and detailed finish carpentry work, including trim, molding, cabinetry, and custom woodwork.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure work aligns with design specifications.
- Utilize framing skills to build structural components and support project needs.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **10 years of hands-on experience** in finish carpentry and framing.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability on the job.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
