As our team grows, we’re searching for a creative, passionate, and goal-oriented **Social Media Manager** who thrives in a fast-paced working environment to add to the team. You will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, be innovative and not afraid to break the mould. We’re looking for someone who loves what they do and can bring that enthusiasm to their work daily

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for social media accounts of multiple clients in collaboration with marketing team.
- Develop campaigns based on business goals and implement on various social platforms to promote the brands’ products and/or services.
- Create and post engaging monthly content calendar for various brands.
- Create video content for Tik Tok and Reels based on brand requirements.
- Manage influencer relations to promote and grow the brands.
- Manage the budget to spend on social media advertising and promotions.
- Measure and report performance of all social marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs.
- Being on top of the latest social media trends.

**Qualifications**
- 1- 3 years proven work experience in social media management.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal management and analytical skills.
- Impeccable work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and complete tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Advance knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and Pinterest).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with audience identification, segmentation and targeting in digital marketing strategies.

**Nice to have**:
An active personal social media presence so you’re breathing social media trends, content creation and engagement day in and day out

**This position will be based out of our Oakville office.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
