Gincor Werx is looking for an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Specialist who is an expert in **Epicor **and who will be responsible for all activities related to the training, analysis, best practices, system integration, development, support, and optimized usage of the ERP system across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze current workflows and implement best practices across all businesses.
- Assist with on-going maintenance and support.
- Work closely with employees at all levels to determine the requirements of their departments and the organization, ensuring that all project plans are adhered to.
- Provide thorough technical expertise, thought leadership, and effective persuasion to staff members.
- Focus on continuous development and improvement for all plant systems ERP software.
- Able to lead a cross functional team and take on projects.
- Abide by all health and safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Able to perform other related duties as required.
- **Skills/Qualifications**:_
- Expert in the use of **Epicor** Systems.
- Understanding of software delivery processes and methodologies.
- Ability to influence and negotiate and build consensus with both internal and client staff.
- Flexible and able to work effectively across all levels.
- Self-directed and team-oriented, with proficient organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be committed to multi-disciplinary teamwork and demonstrate an ability to work through collaboration, joint decision making, and integrated strategies.
- Experience, skill, or aptitude in a manufacturing environment.
- College Diploma or University degree with a Technical /Business Major, such as Computer Sciences, Commerce, or work-related experience.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent written, verbal time management and interpersonal skills, with an effective approach in training.
- Knowledge and experience of the software development lifecycle and the project management lifecycle.
