Burnbrae Farms Limited, a leading egg producer and processor with operations across Canada has an immediate requirement for SAP Administrator. As an active member of the IT team, you will be responsible to manage SAP systems and ensure that all integrations to SAP are designed, setup and maintained in a secure, best practices and efficient manner. You will be required to work with IT team, systems integrators, vendors, project owners, functional team members and end-users collaboratively during implementation of new systems and databases requiring integration. This is a hybrid position based in Mississauga, Ontario and requires mínimal after-hours support.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work closely on a regular basis with SAP vendor in managing SAP-RISE and HEC environments.
- Monitor and perform SAP systems’ daily administration and provide recommendations on SAP performance by planning and executing SAP tuning strategies with SAP vendor.
- Perform SAP client administration, create, delete, export/import and copy client as requested by SAP business owner or as per required.
- Check and monitor the daily backup of the SAP systems and report to SAP vendor if an issue occurs.
- Manage SAP accounts, authorizations, security profiles and printers for all SAP systems on SAP RISE and SAP HEC.
- Raise and monitor service and change requests to SAP vendor and coordinate the downtime with SAP and business if required.
- Work closely with vendors, system integrators and functional teams to collect the business integration requirements.
- Document and create design plan for all integrations to SAP-RISE S4 systems, CRM, BW4 and other non-SAP systems.
- Design and propose the best available options and most secure integration protocols.
- Implement, document, support and troubleshooting of SAP cloud platform integration (CPI), SAP Business Technology Platform and other integration protocols and formats such as SOAP, REST, ODATA, IDOC, SFTP, JSON, XML, DAT, CSV and TXT.
- Perform day-to-day monitoring of integration alerts and logs in production environments, come up with resolution and “root cause analysis” (RCA) every time an issue occurs in integration jobs and protocols.
- Perform as the primary resource for production environment integration support, upgrade, implement and rollout of new initiatives.
- Support internal teams with new SAP initiatives and knowledge transfer.

**Key Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience managing and supporting SAP Basis on S/4HANA and HANA database.
- Close experience with SAP systems upgrades, installations, and maintenance.
- Good experience in implementing SAP proxies (PI), Web services, and ALE/EDI IDOCS (Custom IDOCS & Standard IDOCS).
- Core knowledge and job experience in every phase of SAP Project’s Life Cycle; Business Requirements Gathering, Validating Processes, Analysis, Estimation, Design, Development, Testing, Go live and hyper care.
- Ability to write clear, concise procedural and technical documentation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to resolve problems, delegate tasks and escalate issues with suggestions for further investigation and options for consideration as required.
- Good to have expertise in developing custom Apps development using ABAP, UI5, HTML5, JQuery, and CSS3.
- Expertise in workflow development is an asset.
