We are a seeking a casual, temporary ECG technician to join our full-service cardiology clinic that includes state-of-the art diagnostics. We are a team of cardiologists, internists, surgeons and technologists that strive to provide exceptional patient care. Must be available on Monday, Tuesday and some weekends.
- Job Description:_
- Ability to follow full protocol as per CorHealth Guidelines
- Performs ECG, Holter hookups/scanning/reporting, ABPM hookup and reporting, GXT, stress echos, and nuclear cardiac stress testing
- Patient education and preparing documents for attending supervising physician
- Qualifications:_
- Current Registration and membership in good standing with CSCT
- Cardiac Technician diploma (or equivalent)
- Recent experience in a clinical setting performing stress echos/ exercise stress tests and holter hook ups and nuclear cardiac stress testing
- Demonstrated advanced arrhythmia interpretation skills.
- Basic first aid and/or CPR certification
- Follow HIPPA guidelines
- Excellent bedside manners/communication skills
- 1+ years of experience as ECG cardiology technologist
