Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This is a key role within our organization, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales strategy and overall success.
We're looking for a skilled Bilingual Sales Representative with 5-10 years of trucking sales experience, fluent in English and French. Your role involves creating sales plans, building relationships with clients, and providing accurate reports. We need someone who can negotiate well, work independently, and has a successful sales history. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology sales
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
**Skills**:
- Must have experience in the trucking field
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Experience in outside sales or technical sales is preferred
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficient in using CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and generate reports
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of technology sales is a plus
Pay: $25,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
