Route Planner

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Coordinate and manage order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Oversee supply chain activities, including procurement and inventory management.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Supervise truck drivers, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity.
- Prepare and submit reports
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work on all equipment
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Train workers to follow policy and procedures

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of transportation and Logistics environment
- Ability to supervise a team effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with materials management principles and best practices in procurement.
- Work under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Corman Park, SK S7R 0H4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
