We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to blueprints, drawings, and other specifications
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
- Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are operating at optimal levels
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate production records and document any quality issues
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC machines
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on machines
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality

Responsabilités:

- Mettre en place et exploiter les machines CNC pour produire des pièces conformes aux plans, dessins et autres spécifications
- Charger et décharger les matières premières et les pièces finies
- Inspecter les pièces à l'aide d'instruments de mesure de précision et apporter les ajustements nécessaires pour garantir la conformité aux spécifications
- Effectuer l'entretien régulier des machines pour garantir qu'elles fonctionnent à des niveaux optimaux
- Résoudre les problèmes de machine au fur et à mesure qu'ils se présentent
- Maintenir des dossiers de production précis et documenter tout problème de qualité
- Suivre toutes les procédures et directives de sécurité

Qualifications:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent
- Minimum 1 an d'expérience dans l'exploitation des machines CNC
- Maîtrise de la lecture de plans et de l'utilisation d'instruments de mesure de précision
- Capacité à effectuer l'entretien régulier des machines
- Fortes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en dépannage
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome ainsi qu'en équipe
- Grande attention aux détails et à la qualité

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
