Junior buyer

**Job description**:
Under the supervision of the Purchasing Coordinator, the Junior Buyer will be responsible for supporting the EPIQ Mecfor procurement team. The junior buyer must have communication skills and pay particular attention to details. In this position, he will:

- Work with suppliers to obtain product information such as price, availability and delivery times
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
- Review and update current purchase orders
- Work closely with the parts and service department to track bids
- Use our ERP system to generate, issue and receive purchase orders
- Perform all other related tasks

**Competencies**:

- 1 year of procurement experience
- Have a college diploma related to employment and/or equivalent experience
