**WARRANTY SERVICE TECHNICIAN**

As a member of the Quality control team, you'll be completing handy man work for our quality control department, helping to address a wide variety of issues internally and external of the home. Repairing and touching up built homes after a QC inspection is complete.

**Handyman’s Responsibilities Include**:

- Communicate with Quality control department and adhere to scheduled jobs.
- Upon receipt of a deficiency list, give an estimate time and check off all completed items on company app checklist when complete.
- Services can include but not limited to drywall repair, painting, caulking, dapping, minor flooring, fixture & millwork repair, and grouting.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience working on a Construction Site for a Low-Rise Home Builder preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Detail oriented and strong ability to follow through to completion.
- Can work efficiently to ensure the home is completed to builder’s standards.
- Must hold a valid and up-to-date driver’s license.
- Must be unionized or be willing to join the union.
