**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to work some weekends and evenings

**SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan and generate ads, and content for approval by the Marketing Director based on key marketing plan deadline for products. (i.e. passes, cabanas, hiring, etc.)
- Analyzes success of all programs and its return on investment.
- Maintain brand and act as a brand ambassador on and off site.
- Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
- Monitor & reply to page comments and direct messages. Provide excellent customer service and timely pre-approved responses and/or direct to the appropriate department.
- Collecting and posting photos that align to campaigns on all social platforms, including new, as they emerge.
- Monitor that all rules and regulations are followed on any social platform and that the security of all platforms are maintained. (ex. Facebook contesting guidelines or blocking /removing inappropriate content or individuals).
- Being on-call during hours the park is closed to monitor guest questions and comments to ensure reputation is upheld, and guest issues are taken care of before they become a larger issue.
- Supports the Event strategy with planning and execution.
- Executes signage plan including design, placement & upkeep and in-park activity.
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics vendors, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Must have working experience in photo and video editing software (i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Premier, Final Cut, Canva)
- Experienced in the field of marketing with a technical understanding of and interest in the major social media platforms and their best practices, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including evenings, holidays overnight events and weekends
- Must be able to maintain positive, respectful relationships and work effectively with all internal and external constituencies, including team members, community leaders and senior management.
- Must be able to develop industry and professional affiliations that enhance professional growth and development staying current with the latest trends in the industry and business world; demonstrated ability to set and achieve personal development goals.
- Must have highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation skills; ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
- Must have a proactive, goal-oriented, can-do attitude.
- Be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Must be flexible and have the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; willingness to travel and maintain a flexible work schedule to meet various demands for multiple concurrent projects.
