Description:
Prairie Co-operative is hiring a full-time Meat Cutter/Meat Cutter Trainee at our Food Centre located in Fort Qu’Appelle, Saskatchewan.
**Who we are**:
**What you’ll do**:
Responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.- Ensure meat preparation is up to Meat Department standards.
- Ensure that the fresh case, frozen case, smoked case, and all spot and island merchandisers are filled and merchandised to Meat Department standards.
- Responsible for the receiving, inspecting, and storage of merchandise.
- Perform cleaning and sanitizing procedures
- Other duties as assigned
