At Comfort Keepers, we believe that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. We are a leading provider of personalized home care services, dedicated to helping our clients live comfortably and independently in the comfort of their own homes.

We are currently looking to expand with a new role of Team Leader. This position will be salary based on a three-month term to start with the opportunity to extend further. The team leader will work in the community with clients, be a support for caregivers in the community with such aspects as assisting with training, act as a mentor and provide feedback for performance reviews.

**Functions**:
Meet the requirements for a Health Care Aide:

- Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to promote social interaction and well-being.
- Assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping and errands as needed.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health status to the care management team.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive personalized care that meets their individual needs.

as well as:

- Maintain availability for one weekend on call every four (4) weeks.
- Ability to reliably commute to the office location for work during office open hours.
- Ability to reliably keep internet and phone connectivity during on call hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
- Proficient in the English language
