Physiotherapy Clinic Office Manager

Physio In The Six Inc. is hiring We are looking for a permanent Office Manager for a Multi-disciplinary clinic. This position may require evening availabilities. Start date will be as soon as possible due to training requirements.
Duties include:
- Overseeing and providing management support to all members of the team
- Oversee and ensure the smooth progression of the daily patient schedule; maintain and publish staff schedules.
- Coordinate the onboarding, learning, and development of team members and payroll activities.
- Ensuring all company policy and procedures are up to date and followed
- Responsible for billing, invoicing, receiving and processing payments for WSIB, motor vehicle insurance, private and other third parties as required
- Corresponding with insurance companies/MVA adjusters/WSIB
- Assisting the Director/ President with marketing and advertising
- Assisting with finance, bookkeeping, banking and cash flow
- Ensure all clinic equipment is in working order and coordinate any repairs or replacements.
- Support practitioners by ensuring enrollment paperwork is completed, new patient sessions are booked, and address any insurance or billing concerns.
- Provide the Medical Director and staff with appropriate paperwork for new patients, ensure physician sign-offs are processed, and maintain non-medical patient records, including final assessments and program renewals/discharges.
- Provide the Clinic Manager with updates on patient renewals, conflicts, re-assessments, goal setting, and attendance.
- Research and resolve client concerns promptly, always putting the client first and adhering to service and care standards.
- Build clinic culture by organizing events and initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication and organizations skills - detail oriented
- Strong team work and multitasking skills
- Demonstrate professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with EMR in paperless office setting (training on EMR used in office will be provided)
- Those with existing experience working with motor vehicle accident (MVA), workplace safety insurance board (WSIB), and direct billing with insurance companies are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks an asset.
- Familiarity with HCAI/Telus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 32 per week
