Chess Instructor

Gems Learning Institute in elite schoolf or afterschool program offering great kids brain developmental programs for last 10 years. Chess Instructor is required for afterschool program once per week in Oakville. This position starts from January and looking for an awesome chess coach who can be a part of Gems team.

Day: Thursdays

Time: 3:25 to 4:45pm

An Ideal chess coach must posses the following:

- Must know how to play beginner to intermediate level chess.
- Must be friendly, kind and engaging in teaching chess to kids age between 5 to 16 years.
- This position requires to teach at reputable private schools, and hence the professionalism, personality and communication is a MUST.
- At this point its only once per week for the hours mentioned above.
- Instructor should be friendly towards young kids and should communicate well with parents, staff, management and students. Should be well aware of the Candian educational style.
- This is a classroom based program where you will be teaching in classroom format to a group of kids.
- No High schoolers please.
