The Inventory Clerk, reporting to the Inventory & Costing Manager will be responsible to execute inventory control measures to ensure Masonite minimizes stock holding, maximize stock system and paperwork accuracy. They will proactively work with purchasing, receiving and shipping to ensure all tasks are carried out correctly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute Costing of pre-hung sales door orders
- Perform inventory adjustments when necessary
- Work with the Masonite Configuration team to aid with modifying rules so that the appropriate product is being pulled into the BOM’s
- Work in conjunction with the CSR team on product information, pricing and inventory availability
- Work with the sales team and Inventory & Costings Manager to create BOM’s for buys, new products and cost evaluations
- Create the linking of product SKU’s in Masterpack software customers
- Assist with the bi-annual Inventory in the Langley facility
- Post raw production into the Masterpack system
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Inventory, utilizing OSMI reports, stock adjustments, negative reports and various other tools to ensure the correct stocking levels
- Provide back up to the Inventory and Costings Manager
- Performs other duties as assigned by Manager

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma is preferred or has High School Diploma with with relevant job experience
- 1-3 year experience, door building industry or manufacturing experience preferred
- Must have Proficient PC skills including Microsoft office, including Excel
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment, with the ability to organize and multitask
- Effective communication skills and ability to manage problems with ease
- Maintain calmness in times of pressure
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
