**Resource** **Manager**

Hybrid: 3 days a week

**JOB** **DESCRIPTION**

The role will report directly to the National Resource Director. They will in-take projects, support with process implementation, and work directly with (to be defined) Department leads to resource staff.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Allocates resources to projects, manages ongoing capacity and nimbly adjusts to planned vs scheduled vs actual hours
- Enforces process parameters, brief requirements and deliverables for the success of a project within their resourced team
- Provides cross-departmental guidance on timeline feasibility and hurdles
- Has a constant a bird's eye +360 view of all open and upcoming projects
- Leads discussions on forecasting within their resourced team and anticipates staffing roadblocks
- Understands nuances of all clients and can effectively prioritize and match talent to task
- Performance management and talent mapping in conjunction with discipline leads
- Freelance management, including roster development and maintenance, recruiting and hiring, and invoice processing
- In conjunction with HR, manages onboarding and offboarding of team hires and exits
- Various administrative tasks as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3-4+ years' work experience in a similar role, brand or agency-side
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in using Sharepoint, Digital Asset Management systems, Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
