**Company Description**
Canadian Helicopters is a helicopter transportation service, maintenance support and flight training company. In business since 1947, Canadian Helicopters is Canada's largest helicopter operator with over 20 locations across the country and a fleet of nearly 100 single and multi-engine aircrafts.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Generalist provides administrative support to the HR department (hiring, forms and onboarding). The HR Generalist is also a key player on the communications side and is involved in staffing new employees in collaboration with the HR team. Receptionist duties are also included in this position (30%).

**Qualifications**
- College or university education in human resources or a related field
- Organization, ability to follow up, rigor and proactivity
- Proficiency in computer tools (Office suite)
- Oral and written communication skills in French and English*
- As a pan-Canadian company with bases in the English-speaking provinces, knowledge of English is required for the position.
**Additional Information** Status**: permanent position
**Schedule**:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
