We offer all aspects of Landscaping with an open and unique design/build philosophy, from the idea phase to setting the last brick, we will be there to take you through the process. **Responsibilities**
- Promote culture of 3 pillars: Customer Service, Leadership Development, Profitability
- Customer Service mentality, represent the company to the client
- Be informed about scope of work
- Knowledge of materials & equipment
- Stay on task, be aware of time allotted for the job
- Understand change orders and when they are to be implemented
- Meeting with foreman to go over daily requirements
- Safety awareness
- Proper uniforms, clean shirts, steel toe boots. Water, lunch etc.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Perform tasks as required with quality at hand
- Willingness to participate in on-going training in service/products that Earthform is providing
- Maintain physical fitness, ability to lift heavy loads & work in all types of weather conditions
- Other activities as defined by your supervisor

This position is deemed seasonal but there is an opportunity for year-round work.

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
