**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain all brewery production documentation accurately and precisely.
- Performs fermentation, maturation processing duties, beer transfers, dry hopping, vessel cleanings, cellar checks, CIP operation and yeast handling.
- Responsible for the handling of raw materials.
- Product development and improvement
- Proficient use of brewery management software
- Teamwork with brewing and packaging team members for seamless product flow.
- Procurement of applicable ingredients and consumables as needed
- Ensure quality via standard testing procedures as needed.
- Operating the brewery efficiently and safely while closely following specified guidelines

**Skills Needed to Succeed**:

- Time/priority management
- Detail-oriented
- Penchant for cleanliness
- Attention to quality
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with a team.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the technical aspects of brewing beer

**Experience**:

- Completion of secondary school.
- Post-secondary education in Brewing Science, Microbiology or Chemistry will be considered an asset.
- Experience in the food or beverage processing industry will be considered an asset.
