**Job Description**:
As a Telecom Copper Splicer Apprentice, you will work alongside our experienced technicians and learn the ins and outs of copper splicing. This role offers hands-on training in copper cable splicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance in both outdoor and indoor settings. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in splicing copper cables and setting up telecom infrastructure.
- Support the installation and maintenance of telecom equipment.
- Learn and adhere to industry safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with guidance from senior technicians.
- Document work performed, materials used, and other job specifics.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Interest in telecommunications, especially copper splicing.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel within the region for job assignments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and handle equipment as required.

Assets (Not Required):

- Prior experience in telecom or construction industries.
- Basic knowledge of telecom wiring and infrastructure.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

How to Apply:
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
