**About the Role**:

- You will also assist with the reporting, coordination and administration of member benefits
- You will work closely with other members of the marketing team to provide general support for marketing deliverables and social media activities
- You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external agency partners and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of marketing initiatives
- You will coordinate and/or make updates to brand collateral (i.e. brochures, fact sheets, guides as well as digital collateral pieces)
- You will manage a content calendar and develop and write briefs for marketing initiatives
- You will take ownership of necessary website updates (we use WordPress, so while coding is not required, if you have coding experience, please don’t hesitate to apply)
- You will review and edit various marketing content deliverables
- You will provide support for social media platforms, including scheduling posts, responding to messages, and supporting the growth of each platform

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Experience in an office environment
- Entering 3rd or 4th year in a Marketing focused, Digital Marketing/Media focused or general business program
- Strong organizational, social media and writing skills
- Technically savvy

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience with design software (Adobe Suite) or CRM software (HubSpot)
- Experience in a financial services/insurance environment
