Nous recherchons un(e) **Technicien(ne) Chef en Pharmacie**
Le(a) chef technicien(ne) travaillera en étroite collaboration avec notre gestionnaire de
pharmacie pour assurer la gestion efficace des opérations en pharmacie et un service à la
clientèle exceptionnel.
**Nous pouvons compter sur vous pour**:
- Repérer, délivrer, emballer et étiqueter les médicaments prescrits pour les patients, en s'assurant que toutes les commandes sont conformes.
- Gérer et mettre-à-jour les dossiers patients conformément aux procédures et de manière structurée.
- Soutenir les opérations quotidiennes de la pharmacie, notamment la gestion des stocks (commandes, médicaments périmés, retours, etc.), la mise en place d'une tarification et d'une facturation appropriées conformément aux exigences de facturation de la RAMQ et des payeurs privés, etc.
- Gérer l'aspect technique des services en piluliers et en PillSmart (Sachets):
- Contribuer à l'embauche des techniciens de laboratoire et superviser l'intégration et la formation des employés, en collaboration avec la gestionnaire de la pharmacie.
- Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et assurer le respect des politiques et des procédures en collaboration avec la gestionnaire de pharmacie et conformément aux exigences législatives relatives à l’exploitation d’une pharmacie dans la province de Québec.
- Recommander, mettre en œuvre et diriger des activités d'amélioration continue, en collaboration avec la gestionnaire de pharmacie par la mise en œuvre de processus de gestion du changement et de meilleures pratiques.
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de la pharmacie et veiller à ce que le personnel soit correctement soutenu.
- Collaborer à d'autres tâches liées à la pharmacie, selon les besoins.

**Voici les exigences pour ce poste**:
- Posséder au moins un an d’expérience en pharmacie communautaire en tant que technicien(ne) chef ou de l’expérience dans le domaine de la santé (secrétaire médicale, infirmière, infirmière auxiliaire, etc.)
- Posséder de l'expérience dans la gestion d'une pharmacie, d’une clinique médicale ou d’un centre de soins de santé.
- Compétences linguistiques permettant de communiquer clairement en français et en anglais (bilingue).

Compétences souhaitées: *
- Expérience en pharmacie virtuelle, postale ou spécialisée.
- Connaissance du logiciel de pharmacie Kroll.
- Expérience avec l’utilisation d'appareils d’automatisation (PACMED et PACVISION).
