We take a different approach to our work, choosing a 4 10-hour day week versus the traditional 5 8-hour days. This allows us to have more time at each home instead of rushing to get the job done. We are looking for a Lead Installer to join our team.

The Lead Installer will be responsible for leading a 2-person installation team, providing technical support, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This includes interpreting blueprints and stocking install van daily with specific produts required for each location.

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
