**SOMMAIRE DE LA FONCTION**

Le Directeur Qualité et Amélioration Continue dirige des spécialistes qualité, spécialistes en amélioration continue et une équipe de métrologues. Il assure la planification, la réalisation, le contrôle d’efficacité et l’amélioration des processus sous sa responsabilité. Il est également responsable de la planification budgétaire et oriente les activités du département en fonction des objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise. Il agit sous la supervision du Directeur Exécutif des Opérations Manufacturières et travaille en collaboration avec les Directeurs Qualité et Amélioration Continue Corporatif.

Responsabilités spécifiques
- Gérer les ressources humaines et financières du département d’amélioration continue, d’assurance qualité et contrôle qualité;
- Développer et mettre en œuvre les stratégies pour améliorer l’efficacité des processus sous sa responsabilité;
- Gestion du budget et réalisation de projets soutenant et de contribuant aux plans d'affaires de l'organisation;
- Participer au développement et à l’établissement de la stratégie de communication pour appuyer le développement de la culture qualité et amélioration continue;
- Définir les objectifs qualité et amélioration continue et développer des stratégies pour les atteindre;
- Investiguer et coordonner les actions relatives aux plaintes clients envers la qualité des produits, des services et des processus;
- Gestion du programme d’audits et de revues des fournisseurs.
- Participer aux audits de certifications, internes, fournisseurs et clients;
- Gérer le processus d’actions préventives et correctives;
- Définir le plan de développement des compétences en amélioration continue et résolution de problèmes;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes demandées par son supérieur immédiat.

Volet gestion de l’équipe:

- Recruter, former et encadrer le personnel de son service, conformément aux politiques et procédures en vigueur;
- Diriger le personnel sous son autorité en respectant et en transmettant la mission, les valeurs et les pratiques de gestion de l’entreprise;
- Assurer une bonne communication au sein de son équipe et entre son équipe et ses partenaires internes et externes;
- Développer et soutenir ses employés;
- Évaluer la performance, la qualité du travail et le comportement de ses employés.
- Appliquer au besoin, des mesures administratives ou disciplinaires;
- Procéder, au moins une fois par année, à l’appréciation de la performance de ses employés;
- Mettre en place un programme de formation et/ou d’accompagnement pour les employés dans le but d’assurer le développement des compétences, et faire en sorte que les nouveaux employés ont les outils et les connaissances nécessaires pour répondre aux exigences.

**QUALIFICATIONS MINIMALES**

Compétences techniques:

- Baccalauréat en génie ou l’équivalent, jumelé à 5 à 10 ans d’expérience pertinente en qualité dans le secteur manufacturier;
- Des connaissances CND en ultrason et/ou courants de Foucault (atout);
- Certification en amélioration continue (Six Sigma Green Belt ou Black Belt) (atout);
- 5 années d’expérience en gestion d’équipe;
- Capacité de bâtir un système de gestion de la qualité efficace;
- Habileté à motiver une équipe, à gérer l’incertitude et à anticiper les problèmes;
- Maitrise des outils d’amélioration continue (Kaizen, 5S);
- Axé sur l’atteinte des objectifs et des buts;
- Maitrise de la suite Office Microsoft;
- Aptitudes à la gestion d’équipe et de projets;
- Niveau d’anglais : Advanced 1.
